All athletes participating in Altitude Games are required to follow the competition rules, movement standards, judging procedures, and instructions issued by the organizers and competition officials.

Competition Structure
  • Altitude Games requires athletes and teams to complete both Event 1 and Event 2.

  • There will be a minimum break of 20 minutes between Event 1 and Event 2. The actual break period may vary depending on how quickly the athlete or team completes the preceding event.
  • There will be a mandatory 20-minute break after Event 1 before Event 2 begins; those who finish before the time cap will receive additional rest time based on their early finish.
  • An athlete can register and compete in 2 divisions i.e. the Individual division and the Teams division. No athlete will be allowed to register and compete in two Individual divisions.

  • All athletes must be behind the designated start line before the start signal.
  • If any athlete crosses the start line or begins the event before the official start signal, they will incur a +10 seconds penalty on their total time.

Athlete Rotations
  • Athletes may rotate at any time.

  • The handle may not be intentionally released or thrown toward the machine.

  • Athletes must use the designated equipment, weights, box heights and target heights for their division.

  • Teams may rotate athletes in accordance with the published team movement standards.
  • No outside assistance is permitted during the workout.
  • Athletes must follow all instructions from judges, head judges and other event officials.
  • The event ends when the athlete/team completes all prescribed work or when the time cap is reached.

Athletes who leave their designated lane, skip a marker or gain an advantage by not following the prescribed course may be required to return to the point of infringement.

Repeated or deliberate violations may attract an additional penalty.
